A light puzzle game in the vein of Tetris about stacking as many rocks as possible on a mine cart
To build the desert and mine landscapes I used a collection of free low-poly asset pack pieces found on the Unity Store.
The player must fit as many resource blocks as they can on to the mine cart in order to gain as many points as possible. Block values vary depending on the size and shape of the block.
MY ROLE & EXPERIENCE: Game Design, Level Design, Programming
This was my first 48 hour jam, with the theme "Tiny Space".
My role was that of the the game and level designer, creating the three playable levels with free low-poly assets found on the Unity Store. I also assisted with programming here and there.
MORE ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
- Created for a 48 hour game jam with myself and one partner
- Stack rocks on the cart, while noting the space available for the cart to pass through
- Once satisfied, push the cart and observe the results as the cart passes through the hole
- Total score is tallied and the level either resets or progresses to the next stage
